This is a site I just found but I already love. It is full of free tutorials, resources and inspiration for any kind of design work. The site features daily tutorials and web designs as well as my favourite feature, a daily humour section. Some of the photoshop tutorials are really cool and can help you make some pretty sophisticated stuff. There are a few drawbacks though. The site has been around for a while so the photoshop tutorials may use a version of photoshop that you don't have. I think most of them can still work for you though if you know where to find everything in photoshop.
